He kept my car for over three weeks and charged more than $1,900 for a rack and pinion repair. He ignored my calls and texts for the first four days with no updates. I offered to order the part myself because his price was hundreds over market value, and the part arrived within days. When I picked up the car, multiple warning lights were on. After contacting him, I was told there was another issue that should have been identified upfront.
